AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

  • To uplift and enrich the quality of life of mentally challenged.
  • To work for continual development of mentally challenged people by providing them special education, vocational training and work for their rehabilitation.
  • To involve the mentally challenged person in different social, cultural and vocational activities with an aim to bring their latent potential to bloom.
  • To create mass awareness on the plight and status of the mentally challenged person who belong to the extremely marginalized sections of society.
  • To create an environment that is conducive for the flow of resources and support from society, to enhance and accelerate interaction with other sections of society in order to bring the mentally challenged into the main stream.
  • Parent counselling, guidance and training to make them more efficient and effective in handling their wards, and also make them aware about their rights.
